How do fees work on platform?
Joining and starting a shop on Poland National Marketplace is free. It is 15% starter comission only when you sell. There are two basic selling fees: a platfrom fee, and a payment processing fee of payment gateways.
Once an item sells, there is a 15% to 2.5% transaction fee on the sale price Membership plan – Poland National Marketplace (storkstrike.com) (not including shipping costs). If you accept payments with Stripe PayPal, there is also a payment processing fee based on their fee structure.

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have the choice to use either a credit card or to register via PayPal. You will not incur any charges until the sale begin on free plan, Or it will be only charges for paid plan.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If the order is processed and completed. You got it. But still, it is grounds for the order return. This situation is resolved directly with the producer. According to the return policies of their company, or return policies for this exact product.
