The collection, conscious or unconscious of all data, any part, builed in or made it possible to connect through any Poland National Marketplace build systems is the exclusive property of StorkStrike, Poland National Marketplace and protected by EU and international copyright laws.
YOUR ACCOUNT AT POLAND NATIONAL MARKETPLACE
You may need your own account at our platform to use some great tools: see and track your actions, for example stay in connect with products you marked as “Wishlist”. Keep subscriptions: for example for our amazing blog. Also it will be important to choose your payment method for regular basis for this.

Third-party services integrations. Part of our space is connected with third-party integrations. Entering platform integrations may require agree to their own terms and conditions. And StorkStrike|Poland National Marketplace is not part of this agreements. These agreements are directly with you, and third-party services, if this services ask them for. We test all links. But must notify, following this connection you do at your own liability and risk.
Promotion cards of the sellers, promotion coupons. Sometimes mistakes can arise, and promotion-card could not display sales price cut, as it suppose to be. In this situation, please, contact the seller for issuing replacement gift card code. Also you can contact us. If the promotion card is connected with StorkStrikeDevelopment| Poland National Marketplace edition, not producers, but from us, regarding product, seller, or all offers. But first step, is to contact the seller.

IN NO EVENT SHALL StorkStrikeDevelopment|POLAND NATIONAL MARKETPLACE AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES. IT IS ONLY THE AMOUNT YOU PAID POLAND NATIONAL MARKETPLACE FOR PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION(THE PRODUCER) IF IT IS NOT FREE PLAN, THAT MEANS THE USE OF SERVICE, AND PERCENTAGE(%) FROM SALES, CHOOSING SUBSCRIPTION PLAN YOU AGREE TO THIS COSTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE, REMEMBER, WE CAN DISCONNECT YOUR ACCOUNT, IF IT GOES AGAINST OUR POLICIES, VISION, OPINION, AND COUNTRIES OF WORK. THE PRODUCER CANNOT GIVE WRONG DATA ABOUT COUNTRY OF PRODUCTION.
Jurisdiction
StorkStrike|Poland National Marketplace is located in the Republic of Poland, EU area. All matters relating to privacy issues are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and EU area.
Force Majeure
Under no circumstances shall storkstrike.com be held liable for any delay or failure or disruption of the content or the services accessed or delivered through the Sites or the creation or fulfilment of contracts resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, or non-performance of third parties or any suspension or disruption of transportation or business operation (including but not limited to delays or disruption of the resumption of work or operation ordered by any government agency) in the event of a national or regional spread of epidemic or pandemic.

Each Member agrees to indemnify storkstrike.com|Poland National Marketplace, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives and to hold them harmless, from any and all damages, losses, claims and liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from your submission, posting or display of any User Content, from your access to or use of the Sites or Services, or from your breach of the Terms or any Additional Agreements.
